Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule if needed. We know that life can sometimes happen but cancellations less than 24hrs of appointment will NOT be refunded however to not loose your deposit, sessions must be rescheduled and completed within 14 days.  

No-shows
You will be given a reminder call or text two days before and the day prior to service. Phone calls not returned or no reply to text will be considered a “no-show.” You will not be refunded.
